Partnering with Organisations

Balancing work and family life can be a real juggling act for many parents and carers. Elevate.RA’s new corporate presentations have officially launched and are designed to help. Through our years of experience working with and developing young people, we have created impactful presentations to help companies better support their parents’ and carers’ well-being at work.

Our sessions cover essential topics such as ‘Navigating Tween Change‘ and ‘Making Middle Years More Manageable‘ amongst many others. These presentations go beyond general advice, offering tailored strategies to help parents manage the unique challenges of raising tweens while maintaining professional responsibilities.

The aim is to help parents to feel more balanced, supported and capable in their home life, which of course leads to increased performance in our work lives as well.
